By accessing or using MilaKnight OS ("the Platform"), operated by MilaKnight Agency ("we", "our", "us") at os.mila-knight.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MilaKnight OS is a social media analytics and management dashboard that allows marketing agencies and businesses to:

  • Connect and monitor social media accounts (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, Google, Salla)
  • View real-time performance analytics and metrics
  • Generate performance reports
  • Manage content scheduling and publishing
  • Track ad campaign performance

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. The Platform is intended for business use by marketing agencies and their clients.

4. TikTok API Usage

Our Platform integrates with TikTok's Login Kit and Display API. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize MilaKnight OS to access the following data on your behalf:

  • user.info.basic: Your TikTok Open ID, avatar, and display name for account identification
  • user.info.profile: Your bio, profile links, and verification status for profile display
  • user.info.stats: Your follower, following, likes, and video counts for analytics
  • video.list: Your public video list for content performance analytics

You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service when using our integration. We use TikTok data solely to provide analytics within our platform and in accordance with TikTok's API Terms of Service.

5. Third-Party Platform Compliance

When connecting any third-party platform (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, Google, Salla), you agree to comply with the respective platform's terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of those platforms through our service complies with their policies. We are not responsible for any violations of third-party platform terms by users of our service.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • You must not attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access
  • You must not use the Platform to collect data in violation of any applicable law or platform policy
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MilaKnight OS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MilaKnight Agency and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in any activity that harms the Platform, other users, or third-party platforms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@mila-knight.com.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

MilaKnight OS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data obtained from third-party APIs will be accurate or complete. Analytics data is sourced from third-party platforms and we are not responsible for discrepancies caused by API changes or platform downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilaKnight Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
